330 ml bottle at 8% ABV at home. Pours a very dark, brownish ruby red with a quickly disappearing pinkish head. Aroma of sour berries - raspberries and red currant - sour cherries, light vinegar, light funk and oak. Very smooth and balanced aroma. Medium body with a soft carbonation, a medium-heavy sourness, a very light fruity sweetness and a lightly tart and dry finish. The flavor resembles the aroma with sour and tart berries - gooseberries, black currant, red currant - and cherries with more tart notes and more wood compared to the aroma. Finishes pretty dry, tart and slightly astringent. Overall complex with nice flavors and a crisp sourness.

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker. Pours hazy dark red with a small, foamy, off-white head and lots of yeast deposit on top, which does give it a 'wild' but also dirty touch. The aroma contains port, red wine, vinegar, sour & faint sweet cherry, oak, some marzipan. It tastes light cherry-like sweet, quickly medium to heavy fruity sour; dry, tart finish with port-like alcohol. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Draft at As Is with Paul and Brendan. Pours a deep red body. Nose is tannic with some wine and sour fruit as well. Mouthfeel is medium to medium-light with notes of tart fruits, oak, metal, saltwater, pennies and tannins.

Gusher! -1 to look for failure to keep the beer in the bottle despite gravity pointing downwards. Otherwise looked OK, reddish, tight beige head. Sour aroma, acetic, some woodiness, some dark fruit. Palate is very tart and acetic. Nice woodiness, but the vinegar's too much. Morpheus created a big puddle on the counter, and a glass full of battery acid, and that's not cool.

Bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours dark ruby red with big off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, red wine, horse stable, cherries, wet dog, oak, vaniilla, some acetone. Taste very sour, but well balanced by sweetness. Medium bodied, slightly smooth mouth feel.
