Bottle, lot900, more than two years before bbd. Pours clear dark ruby red, with a big, off white, creamy head. Aroma is tart cherries, forest berries, leather and wooden barrels, as well as funky farmhouse and bretty notes of wood. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart cherries, musty fruit peel, farmhouse and fruity brett, as well as wooden barrels. Lingering tart cherries and bretty fruits in the finish.

Presentation of beer to be sold at the Norwegian Vinmonopolet. 20.sep. 2017. Bottle. Hazy red-brown. Small off-white head. Aroma of cherry vinaigrette, oak and sour cherries. Same tones in tast. Excellent balance. A refreshing beer with character. Lovely sour kick in the end. An excellent beer from one of Europe's best breweries.

Robe rubis, fine mousse.

Taster at the Birch. Pours dark ruby red with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Lots of cherry sourness on the nose and tongue. The tartness definitely lingers has does the cherry.

Werckmeister (3329) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - JUL 26, 2017
0,33l bottle at home. BB 10.2021. dark brown color, small tan head. smells marzipan, nutty, cherries, light vinegar, bit grassy. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, nutty, marzipan, light vinegar, bit grassy. finishes medium sour with notes of marzipan, vinegar and some nutty notes. not bad but also balance is not very comvincing, rather heavy and vinegarish. overall still rather drinkable.
