750, oof this is 11%. No mustard seeds, but i guess thats not a bad thing. A thin boozy lame subpar Belgian strong. Barrels do nothing to improve this. not impressed. That said, nothing really offensive to warrant a lower rating. Inbreak (5814) - Loddefjord, NORWAY - JAN 11, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 11, 2017 11.01.2017, 0,75l bottle @ BBGTC tasting:
Tiny bubbly shortlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry grassy, weeds, grass, minerals, apple peel, alcohol, bark, apple cores, paper, hay, almond essence. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, bark, minerals, grass, oak, yeast, fruit stones, almond essence, apple peel, hay, apple cores, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea. skortila (5811) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - OCT 26, 2009
Bottled. Aroma has mustard, oak and calvados apples. Hazy, golden coloured beer with a lasting, white head. The taste is vinous, has apples, some spice and yeast. Better than expected. BoBoChamp (5755) - Gent, BELGIUM - FEB 5, 2009
33cl, new exclusive brew Anno 2009, from the brewery, very complex brew, balanced, hazy, good head, very good Winter brew, top class! ClubGonzo (5668) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 11, 2017
Bottle, shared by BBGTC. Pours a hazy copper-hued orange body with a miniscule white head. Nose is caramel, toffee, port wine, raisins, wood, alcohol and hints of figs, nougat and calvados. Taste is caramel, red fruits, mustard, boozy calvados notes, nougat and hints of toffee, port wine and burnt sugar. Full body, soft to low carbonation. Decent enough, with subtle calvados notes coming through with even more subtle mustard seed hints. Pretty nice, but a bit boozy and too low on carbonation.

Clear golden honey color with a fizzy white head. Floral fruit and subtle cognac aroma. Slightly sticky citric palate. Tastes of pear and orange up front followed by mustard seed and ending with a sweet cognac finish. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - JUN 6, 2011
750mL bottle from Leuken’s Oldsmar. Pours a hazy yellow with orange highlights and a swirl of white head. Nose is sweet malt, mustard, cognac, some barnyard, and some booze. It has distinct sour qualities to it that make me think it might have brett, but after exploring the beer a bit more, I believe it is more of the combination of the barrel with the mustard seed. Flavor is musty, malt, bretty quality, oak, cognac, and some tartness/ vinous quality. Calvados is nowhere near as pronounced as I anticipated for the stamp on the bottle. More cognac than calvados comes through. Light to medium-bodied and a strange take on this one. visionthing (5299) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 28, 2014
From a shared 75cl bottle at RBNG-14. Pours hazy amber to orange with almost no head. Mild aroma of caramel with hints of wood and calvados. Nice stuff. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - FEB 27, 2009

Bottle from Den Bierzolder. Glowing orange, small head, some sediment. The nose is very fruity with apples in the lead. Good complex calvados flavours, initially apples, later vanilla oakiness. Good dry finish. Full-bodied, alcohol is noticeable and warming. Fizzy. A beer that really develops in the mouth. Arve_Christian (5114) - Oslo, NORWAY - FEB 15, 2014
