Sample from plastic barrel at Foeders Amsterdam, The Netherlands.30.03.2017. Taste with kermis. Pour it dark brown color with no head. Aroma cherry, balsamic vinegar. Taste nice smooth and pleasent, salty, tartish, not agressive balsamic note, light sweet finish, medium sourness, medium body, slick feel, soft carbonation, long finish. Interesting.

330 ml bottle, bb 01.12.21. Big bad gusher! Aroma and taste is winey, oak wood, malt and red friut. Quite tart with light fizzy carbonation. Pretty nice Oud Bruin on the sour side with a perfect balance of tartness, oak and fruit. Great as a refresher for a warm spring/summer evening.

From a plastic container at Wateringhole. Brown with no head. Aroma of oak barrel, tart overripe dark fruit, light caramel and soft funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Tasted from the tap at Muted Horn in Berlin. Firstly light malty notes, but than comes the sourness...

Bottle, bb OKT 2018. Pours reddish brown, with small beige head. Intense aromas of balsamic vinegar, dark bread, dried fruits. Taste is sour, vinous, with marked sweetness and subtly tannic aftertaste. Lively carbonated, medium bodied, extremely drinkable. Great beer.

Keg @ BBB. Pours hazy reddish brown with a small frothy reddish khaki head that leaves some sparse spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and tiny fruity with dark rye bread, crispbread, lemon juice, sour raspberries, wood, moist soil, leather and lemon zest. Taste is very tiny sweet, sour, slightly malty and tiny fruity. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny mouth-puckering and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour and malty with bread, lemon juice and leather. Perhaps a bit too sour but I like the malt base. Fairly clean and refreshing.
