Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear reddish brown with a light brown head. Distinct oak in the nose. Quite full-bodied, sweet dried fruit and a pleasant vinous sourness. Soft mouthfeel and a warming alcoholic finish. Very delicious. 220809
A deep brown stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet ground cherry with light corky notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and woody. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light licorice and molasses, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Bottle from Bièropholie. Tapped at Damian bottleshop. Pitch black color. Thick soapy beige head. Aroma of wild cherries, alcohol, chocolate, but somehow weak. Taste is sour, fruity, chocolate. A delicacy. Excellent!

Taste: Medium sweet, wine, light sourish, malty.
Palate: Full body. Sticky texture. Warm, dry finish.
Overall: Interesting. Too much wine-, little stout-character.
Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is funky, oak, meaty, roasted, taste is sweet, funky, dry oak, little thin.
