UPDATED: JAN 6, 2018 Fra flaske. Brusede kraftigt over - fuldstændig som sidste gang jeg fik en vild øl fra Alvinne. Syrlig aroma med masser af fad og flamsk redale. Syrlig uden at det er for meget. Fadsmag, tørret frugt og vinøs.

September 2017 - Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. As 'Alvinne Sigma'. Dark reddy purple with no head. Aroma is berries, light cherry. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is again cherry and mixed tart berries, little blueberry, tangy fruits with a soft acidity. Slightly washed out by carbonation but Alvinne beers often need a little help with drinkability so carbonation isn't necessarily the enemy in this case! (7-4-6-3-15=3.5)

Sour prunes, light wood, light citrus fruits. Clear brown, big, foamy, beige head. Hazy brown, tiny, creamy, beige head. Medium sour. More bitter prunes, citrus fruits, lemon, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Decent Sour, nice prunes in aroma. Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 17, Canada Water.

Mørk rødbrunt med lavt skum. Komplekse smaker og dufter hvor eik, mørke Bær og karamell stikker seg ut sammen med en behagelig men noen ganger skarp surhet.

trapped (3864) - New York, TURKEY - SEP 26, 2017
Bottle. Pours murky dark brown with large foamy beige head, faint acidic aroma, sour caramelized malt taste, smooth body, long caramel malt finish. Nice sour.

MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - AUG 31, 2017
Bottle. Pours a clear amber colored, brownish beer with a small and quickly disappearing white head on top. Aroma has notes of red fruits, some bretty funk, light dried citrussy notes as well. Flavor is sour and sweet, lots of red fruits, lot of sour funky notes and a nice kick from some alcohol and sweeter malty notes. Low in carbonation, long in sweetsour aftertaste. Complex, yet a bit unbalanced in the end. Nice.

@bought at Willems Nice sour aroma. Pours dark with little head. Taste is a tad tard, heavy Flemish ’Old Brown’. Makes me think of Cuvée Freddy. Mice palate with sours slightly leaving a wry mouthfeel.

ruigo (3080) - PORTUGAL - JUL 18, 2017
33cl bottle. Dark brown with almost no head. Tan lacing. Vinous, sour, wood, plums and molasses. Complex and good.
