330 ml bottle, as Alvinne Oak Collection Wild West Blond sour ale. ABV is 6%. Available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Amber colour, minimal carbonation, small and thin white head. Sourish aroma of wild yeast, lactic acid, red wine vinegar and oak. Sour flavour, vinegary as hell, also oaky.

Bottle from Brugge shared with Big G. Pours murky orange with a few cream bubbles round the edge of the glass. Nose is quite funky, sour and vinegary. Taste is sour and with a lovely sharp salty finish. Really good.

Bottle brought back from Bruges. Hazy golden with a few white suds. Aroma of brett. The aroma is tart lemon juice with brett. Sherbet too. Very zingy and refreshing. A little wine and oak in the finish. I really enjoyed this.

Hopverdju (1265) - BELGIUM - JAN 11, 2017
Fijne koolzuurprikkel. Redelijk volmondig en iets vettig. Afdronk: droog, licht zuur.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2017 330ml bottle (Koht, Tallinn) as Alvinne Oak Collection (7:4:7:4:13=3.5)
Niiiice sourish apricot aroma. Light palate, good drinkability, Salty lemony taste, almost gose-like. Light malts agre gentle, hops and wood both quite low. Drinkability good, leaves a lip-smacking acidity.
330ml bottle - thanks martjoobolut! (5:3:5:3:11=2.7)

Bottle, rusty amber beer, no head. Aroma is red wine, vinegar, malt, oak and green apple candy. Taste is red wine, vinegar, lemon. Palate is medium, carbonation average. This seems fairly sour, but has a nice red wine taste. Drinks a bit like rodenbach.
