Bottle. A gusher, producing a mostly clear body, dark golden in color and with a dense, off-white head. The aroma is fruity and funky with a woody touch. Peaches, orange zest and grapes. Its lightly sour on the palate, medium to full bodied, dry and quite effervescent. Oranges, apricots, green apples and some green grapes in the flavor, lasting for a good while. A refreshing and tasteful one, too carbonated though. 150405

could be a nice one, but that the aftertaste ruins it for me. tastes like what you smell when you mash: maybe the morpheus yeast fucked it up!?

Bottle into tulip. Intially thought the color was a burgundy hue, but it good light its closer to blood orange. Viscous pour with no head. Yeasty, red wine , slightly funky aroma. Complex flavor, odd balance of sweet and tart. Grape and maybe plum in the mouth, mostly vinegar in the finish. The vinegar is assertive, but well balanced. I tend to like sour beers, so this is up my alley.
