Slight cloudy honey gold hue, with a white head, leaving some lacing, yeasty, light fruity nose with a wet raw pale malt accent, with a bready dough, faint spicy floral hop citrus, lemony aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity, raw grainy pale malt, bready dough, wet hay character, with a flowery hop citrusy, faint leafiness, with a note of subtle vanilla, coriander spiciness, leading towards a citrusy hop bitterness finish.

[33cl bottle] Cloudy, deep orange colour with a big frothy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet malty and orange-/lime-fruity aroma with spicy, peppery hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, sparkling taste with fruity esters, getting moderately tart and slightly bitter and floral hoppy towards the finish. Just another nice Tripel [10.I.09].
