yespr (45508) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2008
From bottle at Alvinne. Pours slight hazy brown and with almost no head. Aroma is light spiced. Flavour goes into a light spiced and light caramel malt flavour. Ends solid spiced, slight too spiced for my for liking - still good.

diabel (1714) - Aarschot, BELGIUM - FEB 27, 2008
UPDATED: FEB 29, 2008 Bottle (as Gertrudis Tripel)
Gusher. Muddy orange body. Off-white creamy/fizzy head. Ok lace. Aroma of orange with some caramel. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour with some citric hints (and anise). Quite watery and tart. Not very intense, nor complex. This is not what I would call a tripel, but I don’t mind too much about styles.

thewolf (12601) - Kolding, DENMARK - JAN 16, 2008
Bottle @ Plan B, Cph. [Vintage 2003]
Pours a muddy deep orange (I probebly got most of the yeast?). A medium head on top. Aroma is sweet malty with a good fruity oranges edge to it. Mouthfeel is rather chewy. Sweet flavour with a little caramel and some fruitiness. Not much, though.

Bottle from 2003. Pours a clear deep orange colour with a medium head. Sweet caramel toasty malty fruity alco aroma. The flavour is sweet with toasted malt caramel, some alcohol, bit of spice and bitterness. Thanks thewolf.
