Semi opaque dark red - amber beer. Palate is dry and crisp . Good Flemish Red sourness. Whisper of caramel, well buried. Tangy red berry fruits, trace of violets. Light crisp dry finish. Not bad. Pretty sour, about as much as I would want.
Bottle at the source, courtesy of Glenn, thank you sir! Hazy brownish amber color, medium tan head. Aroma of prunes, plums, dates. Taste is softly sour vanilla, summer fruit. Complex and tasty.

Ok sour, a little too acidic for my liking, not the best balance but drinkable none the less. rlgk (18843) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 22, 2014

Really nice beer. yngwie (17284) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 31, 2013
On tap at Haand Festival. It pours an uncleaer, light brown body under a finger-thick dark beige head leaving lacings. The aroma has balsamic vinegar, some caramel and funk, lemon juice, prunes and raisins. It’s dry and puckering on the palate, medium to full-bodied, and with a bit too much carbonation. Caramel sweetness in the flavor, some dried fruits too, but it’s the funk and balsamic vinegar that runs the show. Lasting finish. A nice one indeed, and even though it leans towards vinegar I don’t find it too much. 130525 Benzai (16928) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - OCT 17, 2013
Bottle shared by Abijen @ weekly tasting. Opaque dark red color, virtually no head. Smell sourish, red fruits. Taste sourish, red fruits, sour green apple. Don’t really get the barrel aging but it’s quite nice. Medium body and carbonation.
