From bottle. Poured redbrown with a large white head that quickly disappeared. Aromas of caramel, malts and yeast. High carbonation and a sour finish. An OK beer but not for everyone. Bart (2936) - Brussels, BELGIUM - APR 16, 2013
33cl Bottle at home. Brown coloured beer with quite some carbonation and a medium but fast diminishing brown head. No head left after few seconds. Enjoyable refreshing sour sweet balanced slight wooden noted aroma. Medium to full almost dense palate. Finish is special, starts out slightly sour fruity but develops into a more tart sour ending, rather dry slightly woody. Atypical brew. RuneStumo (2696) - Haugesund, NORWAY - APR 4, 2013

Appearance: The body is a murky and placid brown that looks very unappealing. The head is tall and velvety in texture, but is very thin in density which is apparent by how quickly it dissipates leaving no trace of a head after a minute.
Aroma: The aroma is restrained with hints of cherries, tartness, sweet cocoa, and a touch of caramel.
Taste: The sourness is moderate, but not very strong even for a beginner to sours like me. The sourness is similar to a stronger Shock Tart candy, with blue raspberry and cherry flavors. I taste a bit of cocoa lingering with the sourness.
Palate: Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
Overall: I’m new to sours so I’m probably not judging this right, but I think this is a fair assessment of this since my score isn’t far off from the others.
Fair acidity and dark fruits. Light body with a touch of sweetness underneath cherry and mild acidity. Could use some funk. Holmen1 (6296) - Stavanger, NORWAY - MAR 18, 2013
Shared bottle at Cardinal. Pours clear dark amber, no head. Aroma is sour, vinegar and milk. Taste is strong sour, vinegar, fizzy rapberry tartness saves this one, nice overall.

0,33 l shared bottle at Cardinal. Clear deep ruby colored body with a beige film. Ripe dark dried fruits and pickled cherried on the nose. Complex. In the mouth it fall through. Some fresh raspberries but it shuts down quickly. Not much more body to back up the acidity which is intense but short. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - FEB 17, 2013
