Clear dark red color with a average, quick, frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, berry, baking yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, berry, wood, grape - wine, dry, vinegar - acetic notes. Body is medium, carbonation is flat. [20131230]

Clear medium to dark brown red colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, tart berry, wood, sweet meat, marmite ! Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, berry, wood, caramel, dry, cherry - rhubarb. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130520]

Flavour is sour and tart wood, with some mild malty sweetness as well as some yeast, cherries and mild spiced notes to it. Wellbalanced, and quite mouthdrying palate.

Stouts III Tasting. Very hazy dark brown beer, little pale tan head. Palate is light and a little crisp. Semi dry. Dark toffee and it’s raw sibling - burned sugar. Light Flemish sourness. Touch of wood and a little watery cherry. Light dry minerally finish. It’s okay!

Bottled, thanks rlgk! Hazy dark ruby/brown, faint head. Tart lingonberry aroma. Some coffee, notes of rubber. Light bodied, clean mouthfeel, almost no carbonation. Sour with some sulphur in a tinny finish.
