Superbe longueur, carbo OK, corps assez léger. Un vrai régal !

Bottle. Pours a beautiful light reddish, amber beer with a thin white head on top that settles quickly. Aroma of oak, red fruits, lots of Brett, funk. Flavor is stringent tartness, raspberries are present in there, very dry, lots of oak. Complex, strong and very tart. Quite high in carbonation and quite nice.

Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

[ As Alvinne Wild West Kriek Framboos ].
Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, tart, sweet rapsbebbry, tart raspberry, light cherry - tart cherrt, horse blanket notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, raspberry, pale malt, light cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160923]

330ml bottle (Pothouse, Tallinn)
Rubbery berry aroma. Orangey pink, brief head. Lovely tart palate, quite fizzy carbonation, otherwise slightly dead watery palate. Extremely sour finish, acetic, some more rubber and red wine barrel. Harsh, and not so pleasant, quite unsophisticated. Barrels have messed this up too, I hate rubber, and I’m sure that’s where it comes from.

4 oz pour on draft at Rustico Ballston. Hazy orange. Aromas of red wine, oak, cherries, raspberries, light vanilla. Tastes of cherries, tart acidic notes, tart raspberries, stone fruit, oak. Light body with a dry and mouth puckering sour finish. Very nice.

Ferris (15901) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 7, 2017
Bottle - Soft raspberry notes and light oak. Clear dark gold with a decent white head. Tart and acidic up front with buttery wood notes, light raspberry and a long acidic finish. Raspberry is delicate and nice, but acidity is a bit over the top. Dry finish.

minutemat (5659) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 1, 2017
330ml bottle from Vanuxeem. Pours a misty reddish pink, minimal head. Aroma is tangy fruits, lactic sour. Taste is exceedingly tangy, crisp, fruity but not in a particularly defined way. Also, could not distinguish much from the red wine barrels used. That said, it’s an enjoyable, tangy, moderately acidic fruit sour.

rodbod (371) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - APR 24, 2017
A third of a pint on draft at Paisley Beer Festival 2017. A superb, fruit driven, challenging sour beer. The acidity is wonderfully refreshing and the cherry-raspberry fruit is very fresh. I suspect I would have enjoyed it even more with some fine cheese on hand.
