Unfiltered beer containing aromatic wheat which confers its fruity and acidulous taste. It is a beer which undergoes two successive high fermentations. The use of wheat gives to the product an excellent foam behaviour as well as a pale and opalescent color. Also named as Saint Landelin Bière Blanche.

Light, slightly clouded orange hue with a small foamy head. Citrussy nose with lemon and orange and a touch of sherbert. Light watery taste like lemonade with a little bit of non-descript beer added.

From tap. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of wheat, yeast, citrus, fruit and lemon.

Pours a white head with acidic and citrus aromas. Typical hazy light yellow colored body. Refreshing and managed balance of light wheat and carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at bar. Pours yellow with the head of a balding civil servant. Not much aroma but tastes sour on the initial, the middle and come to think of it the final too. Some faint but nondescript sweetness and spices but perhaps not enough to completely balance out. Acidulous is (for once, as is claimed) a good word to describe the mouthfeel and the taste.

efeesse (571) - Praha, CZECH REPUBLIC - APR 28, 2016
Beer with light color, light body, to much carbonized that make you think that you are drinking champagne instead of beer, (bought a 75cl Saint Landelin Bière Blanche in Marseille supermarket).

Erzengel (9087) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - APR 1, 2016
*Bottle from E.Leclerc in Freyming as Saint Landelin Bière Blanche. Nice fresh lemon-herbal beginning. Not too intense but the Witbier-typical dryness is there. Fresh fruity with nice yeast. Not too intense, but easy to drink. Refreshing!

beerplace (1805) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 24, 2016
Fresh aroma and with citrus notes, very similar to carbonated sweet water. Not a beer.

dchad56 (519) - - AUG 17, 2015
Bottle - Cloudy lemon / white wheat beer with thick white head - heavy carbonation. Strong citrus / banana aroma. Ting on tongue and in mouth - lemony tang to taste but lacking a bit of depth. Not the best wheat.

MarkoNm (2835) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - JUL 27, 2015
Pours a hazy and very pale yellow color, topped wit ha rather small white soapy head. Aroma of citruses dominates, some spices as well. Taste is slightly sweet, citrusy feel and spices again. Pretty nice.

Taboada (1399) - Compostela (Galiza), - MAY 29, 2015
330 mml bottle tasted on the 23/05/2015. Cloudy light yellow colour with a minimal white head. Aroma of lemon, yeast and a little spices. Taste is light and sweet. Very refreshing citrical taste. Next one please!
