English: On the canned American version of this collaboration beer, Sam Cruz – the head honcho of our collaboration partner Against The Grain – babbles on for ages about the name Minor Axident, how it has no meaning and so on. Well Sam, after lines upon lines of insults from you, it has become clear to us, that the Minor Axident here was to even collaborate with you guys for a third time. Actually, we’re inclined to call it a major axident. However, we forgive you and we understand you. Having your lack of appetite exposed on the first beer we brewed together “The Great, Big Kentucky Sausage Fest” and then being humiliated in arm wrestling not once, not twice, but a dozen times. We understand your bitterness and we forgive you, Sam. We’ll be the bigger person here, and we meet your sarcasm and bitterness with nothing but peace, love…… and this wonderfully hoppy collaboration. Come visit again Sam. Bring Jerry. Bring Adam - and bring a case of Pappy VW. It’s time to rejoice in true happiness. Amen.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, citrus fruity, alcohol woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a rich malt, dry woody resin, alcohol, light pepper spice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A pretty standard, relatively strong bitter DIPA with the alcohol up front and little fruit. Not really my cup of tea.

tap/artefakt. pomarańczowe, ładna czapka białej piany, która pozostaje do końca picia. aromat słodowy, karmelowy, lekko alkoholowy, po ogrzaniu lekka żywica i cytrusy. w smaku słodkie, ciężkie, gęste, syropowate. przykład iipy, której totalnie nie trawię, fuj

"Nothing special" series. Good malt backbone without too much sweetness, some citrus/resiny hops flavor, but something is missing. Maybe too less bitterness or hops infusion. Just like a strong pale ale. Medium to light aroma intensity.

Copenhagen 18/2 2018. 50 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus. What looks like a strange cross breed between a man and some kind of insect holding an Axe and a Cauldron on the label. Pour hazy orange with bubbly white head. Settles as thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Strong and rich aroma. Dominated by Grape fruit, citrus, fermented fruit and alcohol. Medium carbonation and thick, creamy texture. You have to work a little to get the beer out of the glass. Flavor is rather sweet followed by even stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is strong and bitter. Finish is dry. If this is a Minor Accident then I would like to taste an Major Accident.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2018 De barril en L’Artesana de Oviedo 10/2/2018. Imperial IPA sin aroma y extremadamente amarga. No puedo opinar sobre su sabor o aroma porque fue imposible extraer nada. Poco equilibrada, poco conseguida. Una decepción

Aroma - resin with grapefruit and citrus all smashed into pine. Taste - sweet malt and pined hope. Some earthy mineral. Palate - pined finish.

Golden colour with light haze. Aroma and flavour have a lot of perfumed hops. Some candy sweetness. Some peppery spice in the finish. Complex.

Bottle. Amber, modest white head. Aroma of kumquat marmalade, blackcurrant (why is this a Danish thing?), some pine and tropical fruit. 7+ Not much more than medium bodied, carbonation on the low side of moderate. Solid bready malt mingles with boiled as well as zesty citrus and berries. Moderately sweet before it dries out a fair bit at the end, which is crunchingly bitter and resinous. More than drinks its weight. Don't come to this one looking for elegance. Good.

50cl @ Multi Qlti. Pours clear, light golden colour with absolutely creamy white foam. Aroma is sweet, a bit of citrus and caramel. Taste is sweet at first, but then it goes dry and hoppy. Lovely, warming, smooth, chewy.
