7.2%ABV. IPA. Poured out a rich Amber. 10ºSRM. Nose has candied orange, Mandarin orange, marmalade, orange blossom. Mouthfeel is soapy. There is a fair amount of carbonation to lift this one to drinkability. There carbonation then the you get to appreciate the grain bill for a bit with flavors of roasted barley, graham cracker, pie crust, oatmeal cookies, deeply browned wheat toast, caramel, burnt sugar, and then the full on hop assault comes on. Hops flavors are characterized by pine, sap, resin, Brussels sprouts, hyssop, grass, raw kale, and maybe even a little hemp funk. The finish is bitter and long. An aggressively executed hop head’s idea of paradise. It’s like they took a Batch 1000 and added 30% more hops into the boil and decided to dry-hop it as well just for good measure. Goes on Favorites List!

0,5lt bottle @ Valentin - Curious Bierkneipe, Volos, Greece NOTE: The best west coast IPA I had so far. A beer with nice carbonation, a beautiful bunch of citrus that screams from the aroma already and a dry bitter finish. Full bodied and a lir of foam that lasts

Has a vanilla, bubblegum and apricot kick to it. Orange and cloudy color with white head. 22oz bottle from hair of the dog in Bangkok. Bitter. Nice hops. Good stuff

500ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Orange amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and nose of tropical fruits, citrus, spruce, pine, hop resins. Flavour s malt caramel with mango, citrus, grapefruit and pine, hoppy bitterness. Fairly smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry earthy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Hazy golden, small offwhite head. Aroma has caramel and complex citrus and exotic fruits, passion fruit and pine being the most prominent. Flavour starts of with slightly rough bitterness. More caramel and sweet fruit, oranges, grapefruit with hints of lemon. Dry and strong. Deliscious!

TheFoamhead (260) - Vught, NETHERLANDS - DEC 1, 2015
Dark straw color, incredible aroma of honeymelon, citric fruits and slightly roasted bread. The taste transports the same characteristics, combined with dried raisin and grassy notes. Harsh dry finish that lingers. Oily medium body.

Clear pale amber - yellow (pilsner). Aroma is citrus, floral, caramel, resin and malty. Taste has pilsner dry bitterness, nicely hoppy and dry bitter finish. High carbonation. Dry bitter IPA because if its pilsner character.

PabloZab (1804) - Wroclaw, POLAND - NOV 25, 2015
Tap (4Hops, Wroclaw). Piwo delikatnie zmetnione o bursztynowej barwie, subtelnej pianie, szybko redukujaca sie praktycznie do zera i bez lacingu. Aromat slodki z nutami owocow tropikalnych, owocowy, kwiatowy, przyjemny dla powonienia. Goryczkowe w smaku z wyrazna, slodka, karmelowa kontra slodowa, bardzo dobrze zbalansowane, mega pijalne mimo swojej tresciwosci i mocy.

Bottle as a birthday gift from the parents. Cheers! Pours a fairly pale golden colour with a white head. Really nice resinous pine aroma. The taste is spicy with pleny of pinbe flavour and underlying caramel. There’s some citrus in there too. The finish is long and bitter. Very refreshing and tasty. Goes down very easily too. Excellent.

Hvad har chewie og en IPA til fælles? Aner det ikke, men en IPA som den skal være.
