English: On the canned American version of this collaboration beer, Sam Cruz – the head honcho of our collaboration partner Against The Grain – babbles on for ages about the name Minor Axident, how it has no meaning and so on. Well Sam, after lines upon lines of insults from you, it has become clear to us, that the Minor Axident here was to even collaborate with you guys for a third time. Actually, we’re inclined to call it a major axident. However, we forgive you and we understand you. Having your lack of appetite exposed on the first beer we brewed together “The Great, Big Kentucky Sausage Fest” and then being humiliated in arm wrestling not once, not twice, but a dozen times. We understand your bitterness and we forgive you, Sam. We’ll be the bigger person here, and we meet your sarcasm and bitterness with nothing but peace, love…… and this wonderfully hoppy collaboration. Come visit again Sam. Bring Jerry. Bring Adam - and bring a case of Pappy VW. It’s time to rejoice in true happiness. Amen.

50cl @ Multi Qlti. Pours clear, light golden colour with absolutely creamy white foam. Aroma is sweet, a bit of citrus and caramel. Taste is sweet at first, but then it goes dry and hoppy. Lovely, warming, smooth, chewy.

Collaboration of Amager with Against the Grain - fond memories of The Great, Big Kentucky Sausage Fest spring to mind. A DIPA, thanks Erwin again for sharing the bottle. Very thick, egg-white, tightly lacing, frothy head, cloudy peach blonde robe with ochre-ish hue. Aroma of toasted onions, spoiling shallots even, ripe melon, green banana, moldy grapefruit, lime zest, dried mango, cedar oil, gin. Sweet onset with sourish edges, impressions of raw pineapple, green banana and lime, medium carbonated. Smooth, full, bready maltiness with a soft caramelly accent, supporting a very aromatic, dank, strong retronasal hop character, oniony, hints of withering dill, old citrus peel and grapefruit and depositing a spicy, long-lasting, oniony bitterness to the root of the tongue, highlighted by a glow of gin-like alcohol. Exemplary DIPA.

Aroma is somewhat resinous with solid grapefruit and citrus. Pine needles and floral. Taste is deep fruity with smooth and sweet malts, lightly overripe exotic fruits twisting and turning into a piney bitter finish. Light minerals as well. I'd say that this is a classical Imperial IPA with a distinct bitterness and deeper autumn fruits.

Pours a light amber golden colored body with a frothy off-white head.

Aroma is slightly resinous, tropical, fruity, piney and citrusy. Smells nice.

The taste is decently piney with a pungent citrus in the back end. Sharp bitterness held up by a chewy malty base. It packs one decent punch this one. I’m not a huge fan of bold pine bombs like this though.

Chewy mouthfeel, soft carbonation, medium body.

Hazed shining golden color with a nice frothy, and lasting, white head. Ok lacing. Looks good and inviting. Nice hoppy aroma with a fine intensity. Full to medium body with a nice carbonation level. Mellow sweet and a fine fresh bitterness. Nice lasting tail. Grapefruit hoppy. Tropical and pine in the flavor. Amager rules.

On tap & Hoppiness Beer Stop. Clear deep golden color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Pleasant aroma of citrus, passion fruit, mango and flowers. Taste starts with medium sweet biscuit malt and resin, following is refreshing fruity with peach and citrus note, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is harsh bitter with long aftertaste. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Such axidents are highly appreciated...
