Draught. Low and quickly disappearing white fluffy head. Hazy muddy waters looking brown body. Fruity grassy hops dominated aroma. Flavor likewise relatively grassy with a nice hops bitterness but the malt base is solid and apples and citrus can be spotted as well. High carbonation and a long bitter finish makes it a pleasure to drink.
Bottle 50cl from Henrik, a cloudy amber ruby beer with huge copper head. Nose is intense on caramel, honey and pine. Aroma is again on dry caramel, honey with hops resin touch and grassy hops, smooth blond caramel body, well balanced, good fresh apricot notes, long bitterness duration at the finish, good ! Clear amber colour, cream head. Aroma of hops, caramel and malts. Light bitter flavour, orange peel. Finish orange peel and lingering sweet sugar notes.
