Batch 583: Thanks Papsø:
Beautiful amber pour. Medium sized light creamy amberish tangerine colored foamy head on top of a hazy deep dark amber colored beer.
Aroma has a very nice hop tone with some hop fruits, some malts, cream and creamy oatmeal. Also some creamy herbs and some creamy soapy wood tones. Very nice aroma!
Flavours is a good mix between malts, bitters, hops, some cream and yeast, with a woody, soapy and light spicy edge. Nice!
Aftertaste is a mix of hops, bitters, flowers, malts, light sparkling/spicy tone on te tongue and some crispy floral tones. Crispy and clean!
Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a creamy texture.
Lovely and welcome beer! Yummi! Desverger (12539) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 16, 2013
Bottle - fuzzy amber pour with a medium sized off white head. Sweet caramel malts, sweet yeast, brown sugar, syrup, with some slight spicy citrus hop nuances throughout, pine, and herbal/floral nuances. Beautiful. madsberg (11775) - Søborg, DENMARK - SEP 16, 2013
Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. ARoma: Herbs, some sweetness, caramel and light grape. Flavour: Flower, herbs, caramel, citrus. Medium to full bodied. Ends herbal bitter. Skinnyviking (9674) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 27, 2013
Draught. Low and quickly disappearing white fluffy head. Hazy muddy waters looking brown body. Fruity grassy hops dominated aroma. Flavor likewise relatively grassy with a nice hops bitterness but the malt base is solid and apples and citrus can be spotted as well. High carbonation and a long bitter finish makes it a pleasure to drink. jesperhammer (4874) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2013
11-MAY-2013, bottle @home, from Fish & Beer.
Clear amber with lasting tan head.
Hoppy aroma with grape fruit and pine.
Taste the same with a malty backbone og caramel, dried fruit and toast. More hops than malt. Medium body and carbonation.

Unclear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, manure - wood, peach. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Draft at Cafe Langebrp. Amber, oh yeah, decent off white head and retention. Caramel, toasted malts, floral, peachy fruity. Lovely nose. Sweet malty flavor with a rich hop bill, slightly greasy, but not overtly bitter finish. High drinkabillity. Nice. Plovmand (8585) - Grindsted, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2013
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with floaties with a small off white head. The aroma is exotic fruits, caramel, malt and spicy hops. The flavor is citrus, spicy hops, berries and fresh fruit. Nice one!

Bottle 50cl from Henrik, a cloudy amber ruby beer with huge copper head. Nose is intense on caramel, honey and pine. Aroma is again on dry caramel, honey with hops resin touch and grassy hops, smooth blond caramel body, well balanced, good fresh apricot notes, long bitterness duration at the finish, good !
