English: Granted, it was damn ’ difficult, but our customers asked for such a beer, we are actually quite proud of the fact that we succeeded. What we have succeeded with is to produce a beer that is not already from the first sip an attack on your tastebuds with a screeching hop bitterness and oceans of alcohol. Bryggen’s Blonde is probably best described as a beer with a gentle appearance that appeals to the thoughtful segment, rather than the tanned, hardened beer enthusiasts. In the glass it appears a warm golden beer both creamy and delicious. The scent is rich in floral tones and a slight hint of yeast reveals the Belgian inspiration.
With Bryggens Blond we would like to thank those of our customers who reminded us that a good beer does not always have to be a wild and violent experience.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt , hops, sweet orange zest and yeast

Bottle, 50cl. Pours unclear, warm golden color with an off-white, foamy head. Fruity and hoppy malty nose with melon, straw, bread and hay. Floral, malty flavour with some bread, caramel and medium-bitter hoppy taste. Light sweetness of caremel to balance the hops. Medium body with average carbonation. Really easy to drink and perfect for a quick refreshment.

Berries and fruity aroma. Fruity and bitter taste. Very bitter aftertaste that fills a weak moment. A little too bitter for me. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

50cl [email protected] in tulip [email protected] 5 degrees C (too cold). Pours golden yelow with large slightly off white head with good retention. Aroma of malt, floral hoppiness and bread. More of the same in the mouth, adding more power of the malt and citrus from the hops without it getting extreme or even towards an IPA. Well balanced with a wonderful taste of BEER. As it says in the commercial deScription: Good beer does not always have to be a wild and violent experience. This brew is not extreme...it is just a damn nice beer leaving you with a want for more.

Bottle. Pours unclear golden yellow with an long-lasting, off-white yellow head that leaves plenty of lacing on the glass. The aroma is light hoppy, malty. The taste is dry to light sweet, medium bitterness. Very smooth palate, with a long sweet finish. Pleasant and easy to drink, perfect with cheese.
