5 degrees C (too cold). Pours golden yelow with large slightly off white head with good retention. Aroma of malt, floral hoppiness and bread. More of the same in the mouth, adding more power of the malt and citrus from the hops without it getting extreme or even towards an IPA. Well balanced with a wonderful taste of BEER. As it says in the commercial deScription: Good beer does not always have to be a wild and violent experience. This brew is not extreme...it is just a damn nice beer leaving you with a want for more.

Bottle. Large bubbly off-white head that really lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy copper like color with tiny particles in flow. Aroma was a nice mix of fresh hoppy and classic Belgian Blond like notes. In particular peach, grassy, yeasty, mild spicy, hint of citrus, good mix of fruit and some underlying floral notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Good balance between the bitter and sweet flavor. Light dry and refreshing hoppy finish with an underlying sweet fruity feel. Very tasty and drinkable. MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 20, 2008
