English: Our pale ale is inspired by the style "American Pale Ale ", which is characterized by a good use of bittering and aroma hops. We have been generous in our useage of both the hop types Cascade and Centennial , as both have been involved in the boil and in the subsequent dry-hopping . The two varieties of dry hops give a fruity freshness in both aroma and taste. The taste is of both grapefruit and peach - and a tiny hint of pine needles.
Christianshavn Pale Ale is a feiry golden red in the glass with a dense, creamy and long lasting head, leaving a discreet blonde halo on the inside of the glass as it slowly settles . The beer has a medium density with a slightly sweet malt character , where a touch of caramel can be felt. The beer is rounded off with a mild and dry bitterness that titillates the taste buds and creates balance and harmony.
Christianshavn Pale Ale is a light alcohol beer so can - and should - be enjoyed in abundance.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt , hops, and yeast

22-MAY-2010, bottle @home. Just mowed the lawn and wanted something refreshing. And a good choise:) Very piney with grassy notes, grape, some malts to back up, and a loong smooth bitter aftertaste. Cannot remember if I had this before? Shame - a rebuy from the local brewery.

Between american and english pale ale, maybe ipa, because bitterness is quite high. Some citrous and pines, but also earthy bitterness and melanoids.

Expired bottle from de Caigny in Essen, Belgium.
The beer is golden to amber colored and has a large and stable white head, with nice carbonation.
The aroma is malty with caramel notes, but mostly hoppy, with fruits (citrus, grapefruit), grass, pines and a hint of spices.
The taste is light to medium bodied with a malt character where caramel is noticable, and changes into a light dryness with pines, fruits (peaches, grapefruits, citrus) and some spices.
The finish is refreshingly dry and bitter, which is long noticable.

From Cervezalandia. In Teku glass. Playing 12 Labours of Hercules 6. Pretty nice fruity notes (grapefruit, peach, tropical fruits) with some resin in a fairly thick for the abv body

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. Reddish brown, good head. Caramel grain aroma. Toffee hop flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Not the best from Amager.

Gaultier (1888) - SWEDEN - MAR 10, 2017
Beer tasting @ fillepolo 10/3-17. Bottle from Systembolaget. Malty, fruity and hoppy. Body is medium, the finish dry, bitter and malty.
