Pours a hazy, brownish yellow colour with a big, fluffy head. The aroma has citrus, bubblegum and yeast. Flavour has citrus, tropical fruit and dusty, citric, resiny hops. Long bitterness. It looks and smells like yout typical weiss bier but it tastes like an IPA. That combination actually works great!
(Bottle) Pours cloudy yellow to pale golden with an off-white head. The aroma holds banana esters and bready/doughy wheat up front. Well balanced hop tones that bring notes of sweet lime and ripe tangerine citrus alongside tropical fruits like peach, pineapple and tart mango. A light hint of apple, spices and bubblegum also notable. The nose is subtle but soft, round and clean. The flavour is light sweet, near medium bitter and light acidic with a dry finish. Tones of banana, spices, wheat, and fruits/citrus. The mouthfeel is clean and round but maybe a bit too watery for the style. Medium carbonation. Hoppy finish with soft wheat and fruit finish. Light to medium bodied. I like this, Amager is just getting better and better. Good work. Plovmand (8317) - Helsinge, DENMARK - AUG 21, 2010
Bottle at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. Pineapple, passion fruit and citrus in the aroma. The flavour is banana, pineapple, light clove and peach. Very fruity and freah weizen. madsberg (11770) - Søborg, DENMARK - SEP 4, 2010
Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense beige frothy head. Aroma of citrus, light sourness, yeast, flowers, light pine and some spice. Fruits, flowers, sweetness, grape, light pine spice and yeast in the flavoru. Medium to full bodied. Grassy and grapy bitterness in the end. Some kind of a bastard, but I like bastards. Bottle 50 cl. Huge puffy white head that really lasted. Good display of lacework. Light dusty looking pale golden color. Aroma was very complex sweet exotic fruit with notes of mango, passion fruit, citrus, and pineapple. Over the palate came mild wheat, hint of yeast and again this lovely exotic fruity and filling taste. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and what feels like a light dry texture properly from the Citra hops. Light to medium sweet and bitter flavor well balanced. Light sweetie dry and very tasty finish. I could drink this all day, I really think this is brilliant.

Bottle from Salling - rating # 6000. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are dominated by citra hops, but also some yeast, fruits and malt. Ktwse (4897) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 9, 2011
Name really says it all... Pale yellow, hazy with medium white head. Aroma is dominated by the citra, but there’s also a touch of wheat and yeast, and of course lemon, grapefruit (from the citra). Taste is no ordinary weiss. This one’s like the bastard child of an IPA and a weiss. Thank the citra for that. It does taste a bit odd, but I quite enjoy it, it’s fresh with lemons, grape, wheaty and yeasty and with a very enjoyable bitterness at the end. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 27, 2012

Cloudy orange - gold beer. Short lived white head. Light dry palate. Soft creamy malt with a litte dab of soapy yeast. Then glorious orange hops with traces of peel and marmalade and a dash of lemon. Finishes semi dry. Hugely drinkable and with great hop flavours.
12-SEP-2010, bottle @home, from "Fish & Beer".
Pale golden, slightly hazy wiht everlasting white foam that coats the inner of the glass.
Citrus nose, but a sweet citrus (!), with loads of grassy hops and then some exotic fruits. Quite complex, quite strange, not in a repulsive way, just in a for me unknown mix.
Turns more fruity bordering on sickening sweet dried papaya/mango. Better cold - more refreshing.
Could certainly rebuy...
...keep these inovative beers coming, Amager...
...I am ready:)
