Brewed in 2011!!! Pours deep black with a small beownish head.Aroma of coffee, chocolate, earthy notes and some oak wood. Taste is incredible aged, coffee, chocolste, alcohol, oak wood and some fine earthy notes. Long lasting finish with burnt coffee and oak.
Bottle @ home. Cellared for 6 years. Pours a pitch black liquid with a medium, beige head, good duration and minimal lacing.
Aaoma of dry roasted malt, leather, licorice, soy sauce, vinous raisins, chocolate. Medium to big body, fresh sticky carboantion, low to allright duration. Flavor is sharply roasted with licorice, dark chocolate, leather, raisins, light smoke and oak, alcohol, coffee. Lingering dry coffee, bitter chocolate and orange peel. Bottled (backlog). More or less pitch black opaque colour, with a small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, liquorice, mild lactic notes as well as some coffee and mild leathery notes. Flavour is toffee, liquorice, mild alcohol, nuts, coffee and some mild wooden notes. Balanced and quite pleasant.
