COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Hazy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is soft and airy and a little dry. Hops are mildly grassy with mildly bitter starfruit and a touch of aniseed. Reminds me of Aramis but this milder. Creamy malt. Semi dry finish. Not bad.

Hazy copper color with medium sized head. The aroma is mild, some toffee, light nice manure vein, and very light cheese. Lean mouthfeel, with some caramel and toffee flavor; strong bitterness, but with moderate hop qualities.
Cleaner than the HBC 436, but less interesting than the HBC 517 (the aroma mostly).
