English: It is said that behind every great man is an equally great - and above all - wise woman.
Now this can also be said of the beer world. Perhaps our most famous beer, Hr. (Mr.) Frederiksen is a powerful dude, who enjoys nothing more than to stand and admire his own muscles. Fru (Mrs.) Frederiksen however is a wise woman who knows perfectly well that it is possible to achieve almost as much without using anywhere near as much force.
This Lady is just as powerful but is somewhat toned down compared to the Lord. Slightly sweeter and less smokey although with plenty of black malt, chocolate malt and roasted barley she is no complete sissy - the US Centennial hops with its 60+ IBUs reminds you of this fact.
Bid the mistress welcome - she is here to stay.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, oats, hops and yeast

Bottle. Almost black with a good looking large tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and some hops. The same in the taste, also some notes of grass and smoke. Medium body, the finish was long and bitter. A pleasant stout.

0,5 l bottle, bought at PreZBF Festival, Belgium.
Poured black with a fantastic foamy, beige head with small bubbles. Deep roasted aroma with a ton of dried fruits, fine espresso-like coffee and molasses, caramel, dark chcolates and a lurking hop perfume. Medium bodied stout witha well rounded, smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is full of coffee, roasted grains, dark chocolates and tobacco, some sweet molasses, nice hops in the finish. Roasted coffe-like, dry aftertaste. Very pleasant.

ricke (476) - Malme, SWEDEN - JAN 14, 2010
Bottle. Very dark brown with a small beige head. Some lacings. The smell is of chocolate, smooth roasted malts and piny and peppery hops. Hints of coffee as well, and perhaps a faint smoky note. The taste has some sweetness to it with notes f roasted malts, chocolate and wood. And again, I get a faint note of smoke. Lots of piny hops. The finish is bitter, but a bit bland aroma-wise with notes of coffee, hops and chocolate. Rather light body, smooth and easy to drink. Not as in-your-face as Herr Frederiksen and the brewery’s regular imperial stout, but there’s something about the hop profile in Amager’s beers that I don’t really like - it’s too raw, piny and unidimensional.

Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - DEC 20, 2009
Black of color with a beige head. An aroma of sweets, liqurice, roasted malt, dark choclate and alcohol. A flavor of roasted malt, chocolate, liqurice and hops.

deflagro (106) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 17, 2009
Bottle. Pours a black liquid with a rather large, beige head. Aroma is very roasted. Taste is rather hoppy with heavily roasted notes and a hint of old cucumber. A bit thin body, and a bit one-sided beer. Not bad, though.

TEJA (3099) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 17, 2009
Bottle from systembolaget. Thich light brown head that lasts. Darb brown color. The aroma containes coffey and dark sweet chocolate. In the taste there is coffey and semi dry finnish that then gives the bitterness that is well balanced for this stout. Nice full body.

Nisse666 (7517) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - DEC 13, 2009

CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - NOV 26, 2009
Pours a barely transparent dark mahogany with a creamy froth of well-lacing dark beige head. Aroma of rich dark caramel, chocolate and roasty coffee with some dark fruity complexity. Starts with good dark malty fullness with some smoky roasted dark chocolate and caramel before a drier, earthy bittersweet finish with lingering dark chocolate. A very nice stout.
