English: It is said that behind every great man is an equally great - and above all - wise woman.
Now this can also be said of the beer world. Perhaps our most famous beer, Hr. (Mr.) Frederiksen is a powerful dude, who enjoys nothing more than to stand and admire his own muscles. Fru (Mrs.) Frederiksen however is a wise woman who knows perfectly well that it is possible to achieve almost as much without using anywhere near as much force.
This Lady is just as powerful but is somewhat toned down compared to the Lord. Slightly sweeter and less smokey although with plenty of black malt, chocolate malt and roasted barley she is no complete sissy - the US Centennial hops with its 60+ IBUs reminds you of this fact.
Bid the mistress welcome - she is here to stay.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, oats, hops and yeast

sfhodense (4788) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2009
DØE Valby 09. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and light liquorish. Flavour is sweet chocolate and roasted malt, coffee. Well balanced.

hirigalzkar (3271) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 11, 2009
Bottle. Fairly good stout. Hoppy for a stout. A little thin for all the flavors.

pilsnerrogge (2997) - Finspång, SWEDEN - OCT 10, 2009
Pours black with a mid sized head. Malty and roasted liquorice aroma. Flavour is dry and roasted with a long, hoppy finish.

finol (3500) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 10, 2009
Bottle. Pours black with a beige head. This beer had potential like its husband Mr Frederiksen, all the flavours of coffe and malt is there but the flavour is way too short.

omhper (25740) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 4, 2009
Bottled. Opaque very dark brown, rich firm head. Concentrated roasty licorice aroma. Rathe sweet with medium-fullbody, there’s salty licorice and tobacco. Sugary sweetness reduces the drinkability somewhat. The powerful bitterness sets in early and lasts long.

LanceUppercut (139) - SWEDEN - SEP 30, 2009
Aroma and taste of snuff, chocolate and coffee. Quite bitter, but not too much. However, the roasted and acidic character ( + a hint of perfume) dominates totally, which kind of ruins it for me. Maybe this bottle wasn’t top notch?

olsvammel (7289) - Örebro, SWEDEN - SEP 29, 2009
It poured a pitch black liquid with a small light brown foam that left just a little bit of lacing. I was a bit suprised to sense some hops in the smell. However there where also some chocolate, and coffey. I liked the smell. The taste was a bit watered down though, I would have liked it allot heavier, even for a stout. It had a taste of chocolate, coffey and burned toast. A decent beer.

Ljunkan (530) - Karlstad, SWEDEN - SEP 27, 2009
Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours a black color with a nice foamy brown head. Aroma of coffee, liquorice, dark chocolate and grassy hops. Flavour is similar with lots of roasted malts, liquorice, dark chocolate, and coffee. Quite hoppy/grassy, with a lingering bitterness. Mediumbodied, dry mouthfeel, with medium carbonation. A very nice stout indeed!

Joakgust (1487) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 23, 2009
Bottle, 50cl - Opaque dark brown beer with a beige brown head. Aroma is malty with notes of oat, milk, coffee, soy sauce and vanilla. Flavor is malty with notes of roasted grains, some alcohol and chocolate. Very good though a bit too young.

Ygberg (144) - SWEDEN - SEP 19, 2009
UPDATED: SEP 23, 2009 Aroma of chocolate and vanilla. Apperance is dark black with big brown/white head. Flavor is of chocolate, liqurish, coffe and vanilla. Very bitter for a stout. A bit to carbonated maybe. A very nice stout.
