COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: It is said that behind every great man is an equally great - and above all - wise woman.
Now this can also be said of the beer world. Perhaps our most famous beer, Hr. (Mr.) Frederiksen is a powerful dude, who enjoys nothing more than to stand and admire his own muscles. Fru (Mrs.) Frederiksen however is a wise woman who knows perfectly well that it is possible to achieve almost as much without using anywhere near as much force.
This Lady is just as powerful but is somewhat toned down compared to the Lord. Slightly sweeter and less smokey although with plenty of black malt, chocolate malt and roasted barley she is no complete sissy - the US Centennial hops with its 60+ IBUs reminds you of this fact.
Bid the mistress welcome - she is here to stay.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, oats, hops and yeast

TBone (16232) - Pori, FINLAND - SEP 22, 2008
([email protected]). Pitch black, small tan head. Aroma of licorice, salted licorice. Lots of roasted malts, color malt, ash and tobacco. Toasted aftertaste. It’s more simple than Mister Frederiksen and has a bit too much tobacco in it for being as good as Hr..

500ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki)
7 Rich dry unsweetened bitter chocolate aroma
4 almost black small tight head
8 Lovely rich burnt roast, bitter and chocolatey ob swallowing. Retronasals quite sharp, some hoppiness.
4 refreshing carbonation, crisp at first, but softens on the tongue with the sweet body. Finish continues the hops from the retronasals but they settle down into being quite bitter and dry and almost papery.
15 A really good sipper. We made this last almos an hour and every sip was great.
