COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Humle: Lemondrop, Cascade. Demerara sukker. Gær: US-ale.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of caramel, berries, citrus and yeast. Pours cloudy amber brown color with medium creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and mild fruity sourness, following is grassy, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Pleasant aroma and slightly less pleasant taste, although still alright...

From Boxbeers. In Teku glass. Watching Black Mirror 4x04-05. Nutty, with notes of brown sugar and red fruits. Not exactly an american dark ale as classified in label and not much christmasty

50 cl bottle, batch # 1701. Dark amber colour with a creamy off-white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, caramel malts, nuts, lightly toasted notes, brown sugars and an earthy note. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes drying and fruity with caramel malts and toasted bread. Fine Christmas Ale. One could have hoped for a little more ambitious beer from Amager.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, toffee, and hints of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruit, leading to a dry finish. Nice body.

Bottle, [email protected], Kolding. Pours murky amber with a small, staying creamy, off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, caramel, lemon, light grainy. Medium to low carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, caramel, light toasted, lemon zest, light astringent bitterness. A bit simple.

Flaske.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Hazy copper with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma of bread and toffee with hints of red berries and dried fruit. Sweetish malty flavour of toffee and biscuit with fruity notes and a nice sting of orange and grapefruit peel. The finish seems a little more bitter and balanced than I remembered from previous years.
