Bottle. It’s an almost clear beer, amber in color, and topped by a small beige head leaving lacings. Citrusy, piney hops in the aroma, leaving the caramel in the background. There’s a faint yoghurt milkyness too. Sweet flavor with caramel, but it’s the bitter, citrusy hops that pull most of the load. A little milky touch in the flavor too. Full-bodied. A fine bitterness ends it. A fine beer, but not very Christmas-like in my book. 100129

MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2009
Bottle. Mild hoppy aroma, slightly grassy. Cloudy red amber colour. Very small white head. The flavour is quite grassy from the hops with an underlying sweet malt base. Seems a little roasted, even slightly smokey in the finish. Rough bitterness in the finish, but good and clean.
