Sweet flavor, fruity, with caramel, marmalade, some stale hops, a bitterish finish and some alcohol. Quite rounded. Lightly hazed reddish amber with decent beige spotting.
Nose is caramel, sweet tunes, perfumed notes, malt.
Taste comprises caramel, brown sugars, perfumed notes, candied fruit peel, toffee.
Medium + body, fine carbonation, sweet licks and light booze in the close.
Ok barley wine but overly sweet for me - a slow sipper!

Bigger Copenhagen bimble with Colin and Reuben. Taphouse. Keg. Hazy amber beer. small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and dry. Mild fine carbonation. Dry woody caramel malts. Modest spice. Light semi dry finish. A bit dry but tasty.
Draught at Taphouse. High creamy lasting light brown head. Hazy dark brown body. Odd sweet vedgetable alcohol aroma. Poured slightly hazy orange amber with an off white head. Aroma of sweet berries. Full body, flavour is medium sweet, fairly vinous, lightly bitter, light liquorice.
