5.6%ABV.  India Brown Ale. Tapped out a dark brown.  25ºSRM. Nose has ripe pineapples and  Mouthfeel is sudsy.  There is pronounced carbonation.  There is beery sourness in the front of the palate followed by dark malt flavors of black bread, roasted chestnuts, caramel and some toffee.   Hop flavors are spicy with Thai basil, chervil and parsley.  There is of course the herbaceous bitterness that suggests fresh pine needles. Finish is medium, bitter and clean. Overall impression, the beery full bodied character of a brown ale balanced against agressive hop freshness.
