jamestulloch (4217) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 20, 2016
Bottle at Odfellows. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of honey, lemon and juicy hops. Flavour of pine, orange, grapefruit and a menthol finish. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A classic IPA.

alteregoo (1635) - Kalisz, POLAND - MAR 19, 2016
W smaku wytrawne, znów mocno chmielowe z dominującymi iglakami i żywicą, skórką z cytryny, kwiatami i liczi. Goryczka wysoka, grejpfrutowo świerkowa, zalegająca. W afterteasie delikatna nafta i pinakolada. Nagazowanie średnie, drobne, lekko szorstkie w odbiorze, alkohol niewyczuwalny.
Ciekawe, wytrawne i sesyjne (mimo ponad 7% alkoholu) IPA, choć do ideału brakuje odrobinę trwalszego aromatu i bardziej szlachetnej goryczki, która tu jest zbyt długa i chyba nieco łodygowa.

14.03.2016, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh citrusy, leafs, wet grass, citrus peel, sap, hops, moss, minerals, bark, dried fruits, orange, caramel. Taste is slightly sweet concentrated citrusy, weeds, leafs, wet grass, citrus peel, sap, minerals, alcohol, bark, medicine, hops. Longlasting dry bitterness, slightly harsh and medical mouthfeel. Fair enough.

czar (9279) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 11, 2016
pours unclear yellow with a small white cap offering some retention and lacing. funka-dill-ick sorachi, tons of juicy litchis, candies, obvious citra and its citrusy tropical components, woodsy resin with a touch of vanilla; spicy honeyed maltiness, salt, clean yeast. moderately low carbonation, light body - fairly oily; assertive piney-spicy finish. not so fresh of course but a pretty cool sorachi-driven ipa. quite enjoyed!

Bottle from Vinmonopolet’s BU. Best before march 2017. Golden to light amber body. Medium amount of white head. Heavy grapefruit nose. Some floral and resin notes as well. Very bitter. Light sweetness. Grapefruit, lemon, citrus, hay, grass and herbal flavours. Minerals. Medium thick. Medium carbonation, a bit stingy. Lacks a bit flavour and body to match the bitterness in my opinion.

DroolYeast (1597) - Odder, DENMARK - MAR 5, 2016
Tap @ basement beer bar, Aalborg. Aroma of tropical fruit, caramel. Clear amber with white head, mostly diminishing. Moderate bitterness, light sweetness. Medium body, oily texture, avg. carb., bittersweet finish.

McWorta (1633) - LUXEMBOURG - MAR 5, 2016
Hazy, deep golden, fluffy white head, good lacings. Grapefruit, orange zest, some light hay and toast notes with mango and passion fruit develop on the nose, well harmonic. Light lively, effervescent and slick with a slender yet pronounced body. Light toasty juicy orange tropical fruityness, briskly sweet and solidly hopped giving a dry bitterness. Lasting dry finish, lovely balanced and a quaffer!

neongolden (1725) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 4, 2016
(500ml bottle ~2wk old from Systembolaget) Pours clear orange gold with a large lingering white head and lots of lace. Aroma is fairly sweet and fruity, quite hop-driven with notes of papaya, melon, citrus peel, peach crumble, raw sugar and resin. Palate is reasonably hop forward and lightly sweet, stone fruit, papaya, mango, orange oil, grassy herbal quality, slight breadiness. Resin and citrus pith bitterness doesn’t pop up until the aftertaste but is fairly strong. Medium body and average carb. Seemed to be a bit less bright and hoppy, more malty, compared to some Amager IPAs but still a good one.

Bottle. Very nice! The taste is strong, roasty and slightly sweet. The body is full and the carbonation soft.
