English: At the Amager brewery we are comfortably situated far away from small-town modesty; we are not afraid of excess, and the term moderation is simply not found in our vocabulary. To us, gluttony is considered a virtue rather than a sin - at least when it comes to one thing: hops! While making this beer we targeted the hops which shone brightest in our hop room, as if they were almost begging to be used in copious quantities. And that is what we did, as befits a Double IPA of the highest caliber. We have squandered to a sinful degree - and we love it. And we bet that you will too!
Were not proud to be sinners, but at least were open about it

Another nice beer from the sinner series. And it fits the gluttony tag certainly! Massive hopnose, resin, hopoil, exotic fruit... Nice bitter finish, long bitter finish. An IPA gluttons dream.

Copenhagen 2/7 2015. 50 cl bottle from Gunnar Madsens Vinhandel. Greedy guy devouring hops with giant mouth in his belly on the label. Pours hazy yellow - almost orange - with big white head. Settles as thick white Crown of foam. Aroma is very distinct. Sweet peach and aggressive citrus fruit. Low carbonation. Taste is prominently hoppy. Overwhelming citrus with brutal bitterness. Dry finish leaving your tongue wrinkled and tingling. Kinda extremely on the hoppy side. But a deadly sin should be on the extreme side.

Stora fina bubblor blandas med små. Huvut är vit som en krita. Grumlig bärnstensfärgad. En humlenock mot näsan. Enorm humle smak, grapefrukt & kåda & lite barr. Lång besk eftersmak lägger sig bakom gomseglet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dorada, algo anaranjada, neblinosa.

Piana drobna, wysoka. Ładnie zdobi szkło.
AROMAT: Intensywny. Cytrusy + owoce tropikalne. Owoce to - marakuja, ananas, mango. W tle karmel oraz zboża.
SMAK: Pełne w smaku. Owocowo-karmelowe. Słodkie. Posmak karmelowo-ziołowy ala cukierki ślazowe. Alkohol dobrze "schowany". Goryczka cytrusowa - średnia, zalegająca.
OGLNIE: Bardzo przyjemne w odbiorze.

Bottle. Amber with medium, semi-densed, white head. Poor head retention, medicore lacing. Aroma of exotic fruits, grapes citrus (lemon, orange), flowery. Taste is medium to high bitter, with nice floral and grapefruit peel-like hoppy profile, strong biscuity malty backbone, which balances hoppy bitterness. Medium body, thick texture, medium carbonation, finish is looong and bitter, little alcohol warming. In overall, may be not the best DIPA but solid, well balanced with nice hoppy profile. Worth trying.

Malty and fruitish aroma. Lovely foam. Hearty taste. Thick. Strong. Not too bitter DIPA with a lot of character. Soft.
