COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: This strong Belgian ale is so rich, so sweet and so luscious, that we wouldnt hesitate calling it pure lust in a bottle. During the making of this beer the general mood in the brewhouse turned somewhat sensual if not downright erotic! And everybody involved in the brewing spontaneously engaged in heavy cheek kissing. If it wasnt for the unexpected ring of the doorbell things could have gone even further This beer is so lustful that we cannot vouch for the consequences if you serve this to your girlfriend over a candlelight dinner. This may very well result in a lifelong payment of child support. We have brewed a beer with the most sensual of sugars we could find at our local grocery store. We were tempted to spice it up with well-renowned aphrodisiacs like Spanish fly or oysters, but frankly we didnt see the need for it.
Were not proud to be sinners, but at least were open about it

Bottle. Pours hazy very dark ruby with airy but stable light beige head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel, fruit and raisins, with touches of yeast. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and fruit, with notes of raisins and cinnamon and touch of yeast. Bitter, hoppy notes towards the finish. Sweet, fruity and estery aftertaste with bitter notes of hops and booze. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

Clear copper color. Lots of carbonation. Aromas of caramel, alcohol, plums, and some nice fruity esters. Sickeningly sweet with little else to moderate it. It has complexity, some light acidity, touch of hop bitterness, some spicy yeast flavors. The alcohol was well hidden. But this is far too sweet. It tastes as if somebody decided they didnt like belgian beer, so they added 10tsp of sugar to make it palatable. I wont be lusting after this one again.

Prezentacja:
barwa brązowo-miedziana, gushing, po uspokojeniu piana obfita, drobna, opada do średnio grubej warstwy, nie trzyma się szkła;
Aromat:
nuty drewniane, winne, jest też brzoskwinia i czereśnia, syrop klonowy;
Odczucie:
ciało wysokie, wypełnia usta, kremowe, wciąż wysoko nasycone, finisz słodko-goryczkowy, mocno grzeje w przełyk;
Smak:
bardzo słodki, syrop klonowy, cukier, drewno, rum, rodzynki, goryczka drewniana i alkoholowa, posmak ciasta;
Oglnie:
cukier jest gwiazdą tego piwa; miało być słodko, ale to już przesada; no i ta wyskakująca piana...

0,5 l bottle bought on a saturday morning at the brewery last August. A dark red brown in the glass, huge light beige head. Typical belgian nose. Taste starts more malty, very smooth, some sweetness. Later more toasted malt with a lot of sweetness and alcoholic elements. Enjoyed it a lot!
