English: This strong Belgian ale is so rich, so sweet and so luscious, that we wouldn’t hesitate calling it pure lust in a bottle. During the making of this beer the general mood in the brewhouse turned somewhat sensual if not downright erotic! And everybody involved in the brewing spontaneously engaged in heavy cheek kissing. If it wasn’t for the unexpected ring of the doorbell things could have gone even further… This beer is so lustful that we cannot vouch for the consequences if you serve this to your girlfriend over a candlelight dinner. This may very well result in a lifelong payment of child support. We have brewed a beer with the most sensual of sugars we could find at our local grocery store. We were tempted to spice it up with well-renowned aphrodisiacs like Spanish fly or oysters, but frankly we didn’t see the need for it.
We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…

Clear copper color. Lots of carbonation. Aromas of caramel, alcohol, plums, and some nice fruity esters. Sickeningly sweet with little else to moderate it. It has complexity, some light acidity, touch of hop bitterness, some spicy yeast flavors. The alcohol was well hidden. But this is far too sweet. It tastes as if somebody decided they didn’t like belgian beer, so they added 10tsp of sugar to make it palatable. I won’t be lusting after this one again.

Pours a dark colour. Taste is of liqourice and coffee with Belgian Yeast. Quite oily and boozy on the palate. Good

Aged bottle from State Line. Pours turbid dark brown with tan head. Nose was yeasty malt funk, berries, earthy. Tasted of caramel, berries, somewhat sweet, with yeasty funk and some spicy notes in the finish.

Bottle from boxbeers.dk. Pours cloudy amber with a beige head; sweet aroma of caramel, dark fruits, sugar, and a hint of chocolate; taste is sweet with dark fruits, caramel, molasses, and a little chocolate; finish sweet with some alcohol warming; fairly sweet, almost too much sweetness in this one.

barwa brązowo-miedziana, gushing, po uspokojeniu piana obfita, drobna, opada do średnio grubej warstwy, nie trzyma się szkła;
nuty drewniane, winne, jest też brzoskwinia i czereśnia, syrop klonowy;
ciało wysokie, wypełnia usta, kremowe, wciąż wysoko nasycone, finisz słodko-goryczkowy, mocno grzeje w przełyk;
bardzo słodki, syrop klonowy, cukier, drewno, rum, rodzynki, goryczka drewniana i alkoholowa, posmak ciasta;

0,5 l bottle bought on a saturday morning at the brewery last August. A dark red brown in the glass, huge light beige head. Typical belgian nose. Taste starts more malty, very smooth, some sweetness. Later more toasted malt with a lot of sweetness and alcoholic elements. Enjoyed it a lot!
