English: We thought about this for a long time: what kinda beer would give us the utmost feeling of pride in The Sinner Series? Well, if you know Amager Bryghus you already know that Imperial Stouts have a special place in our hearts. So Pride simply had to be an Imperial Stout. What is special about this take on the style is that we boiled the h out of it. Actually we boiled it for 6 hours, making for a richer and fuller version. We would never dare calling this the perfect Imperial Stout - that would be taking pride way too close to hubris! But we hope you enjoy it nonetheless. Were not proud to be sinners, but at least were open about it

Brewed from Pale Ale, Wheat, Crystal, Black, Chocolate malts and roasted barley, hopped with Zeus and fermented with an American yeast strain.

Barwa prawie czarna, nieprzejrzysta. W aromacie sporo ciemnych owocw w typie borwki amerykańskiej, jagd, jeżyn, do tego śliwka w czekoladzie, kakao, kawa i sos sojowy, w tle odrobina porto, likieru waniliowego i rodzynek. W smaku dość słodkie, intensywne, sporo czekolady, świeżo palonej kawy, karmelu, porto, sherry. Goryczka średnia do wysokiej, palono tytoniowa.

bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Heady aroma of toasted malt. Opaque black color, brown head that drops to a thin cover, thin bands of lace. Taste is full-bodied toasted malt that adds medium fizz on the swallow before exploding into rich chocolate malt that grows slightly bitter as it floats through an incredibly long finish. The tail end exposes mild alcohol warmth. This is beer heaven, if you appreciate stouts that are intended for dessert. It is a worthy contender to the Founders KBS or Goose Island BCS. An incredible brew.
