COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. But it happens. We have to admit that we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop – albeit a good one – and then our house yeast. Well, how hard can it possibly be to create a sessionable American Pale Ale? And that’s what we’re offering you here. Sometimes brewing is hard work. Sometimes it’s a work of art. And then sometimes it’s a walk in the park. Take a stroll, sit and relax on a park bench in the sun and be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it. We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…
Brewed simply from pilsener malt and Simcoe hops and fermented with an American yeast strain.

Pours clear topaz with a thick and fairly persistent eggshell head. Aroma features shy malty and hoppy notes - should I say lazy notes? ;) Flavor presents more malt, more hops, some honey-like sweetness and some evergreen bitterness. Mouthfeel offers firm body, fair fizz, and a woody hop finish. A little sin never hurt anybody, so get laid back.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Unclear orange/golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, fruity nose. Sweet malty, herbal hoppy, light fruity and citrusy with some alcohol in the finish. Not so fresh keg.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2017 Bottle from de Caigny in Essen, Belgium.
The beer is hazy yellow to golden colored and has a large and stable white head, with nice carbonation.
The aroma has notes of malts, citrus, grass, flowers, passion fruits, apricots and a hint of spices.
The taste is medium to full bodied and light sweet with sweet malts and goes to bitterness with fresh hops and fruity notes. Also a litte spicy
The finish is refreshingly dry and pretty bitter.

Tap at Craft Room. Murky golden body, big thick lasting white head. Strong citric, herbal dusty aroma, good hoppiness. Full, simple, effective taste, dusty herbal and citric (lime!) notes, nice clean soft maltiness, nothing off, just a bit tired from the age, so the hoppiness just doesn't give out its full potential. Will try it more fresh at some point.
