COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. But it happens. We have to admit that we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop – albeit a good one – and then our house yeast. Well, how hard can it possibly be to create a sessionable American Pale Ale? And that’s what we’re offering you here. Sometimes brewing is hard work. Sometimes it’s a work of art. And then sometimes it’s a walk in the park. Take a stroll, sit and relax on a park bench in the sun and be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it. We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…
Brewed simply from pilsener malt and Simcoe hops and fermented with an American yeast strain.

Swaroga (2213) - Warszawa, POLAND - JAN 16, 2015
50cl bottle. Fresh citrusy and soapy aroma. Clear orange color and a nice, snowy white, thick head. Good balance and refreshing. Easy to drink. Should be a reference to APA style. Bitterness is noble : intensive but short. Good beer.

cervmagpt (834) - PORTUGAL - JAN 8, 2015
Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 930. AROMA: nice fruity hop aromas with a citrusy and sweet character (green mango and some passionfruit). very low malt presence. APPEARANCE: slight pale gold color and hazy. large white head with good retention. TASTE: predominant hop flavours with a floral and citrusy character (similar to the aromas). clean and very faint malt presence. medium bitterness that slowly diminishes into a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with moderate carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: an american pale ale with good aromas and flavours but without sufficient supporting malt.

Tons of citrus and tropical fruits like passion fruit and pineapple in both the taste and especially the aroma. Rhis must have been a very fresh batch - mmmm
