English: We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. But it happens. We have to admit that we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop – albeit a good one – and then our house yeast. Well, how hard can it possibly be to create a sessionable American Pale Ale? And that’s what we’re offering you here. Sometimes brewing is hard work. Sometimes it’s a work of art. And then sometimes it’s a walk in the park. Take a stroll, sit and relax on a park bench in the sun and be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it. We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…
Brewed simply from pilsener malt and Simcoe hops and fermented with an American yeast strain.

On tap. Pours an almost clear yellow with a small white head. Very, very fresh hop aroma - the Simcoe really shines. Surprisingly light body, but dry - very dry. Ends bitter but the driness makes it extremely quaffable. Easy going, but personally I’d prefer a little more residual sweetness. 100512

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy deep golden, rich airy head. Huge perfumy nose with kiwi, passion fruit and gooseberry. Mid dry wit medium body and rounded mouthfeel. The exotic fruits and perfume from the dry hopping dominates. The firm malt base provides balance.Thie finish holds long, citric bitterness. Uncomplicated, but really nice.
