355ml bottle, bb? - from Mondial de la Bière, Mulhouse 2014. Beautiful design and label, on this rare occasion mercifully to be had for less than a modernistic design premium. - Honey golden, white bready pour, good lacing. Some herbal orange blossom, wild honey, special pale ale malt aromatics and a tiny whiff of alcohol - more delicate than many an ester-pungent BE Belgian ale. Flavour is nothing less than spectacularly subtle, delicate (again), fluffily layered: diluted mandorla biscotto, indeed orange peel and honey blossom, gorgeous German noble hop profile, integrated like a miniature gastronomic dish (caramel cantuccini dunked in aranciata, jazeker). Just the right strength, excellent drinkability and silky mouthfeel like a corduroy caress by your favourite long-gloved Italian cornuta. Lingering pollen-floral finish. Wish I’d opened this sooner...

A golden beer with high carbonation. Low head retention. Medium body. Spicy aroma, seems to be fermented with wit yeast. It has some honey residual sweetness. A good beer, next time will pair it with pizza, or something Italian. Simple but excellent. j12601 (10868) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAY 1, 2012
Bottle back at the hotel at TAPNY courtesy of Matt. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Musk, wheat, phenols and lemon. Musky, sweet wheat. Lightly phenolic, lemon and musky sweetness. More phenols, light herbal and medicinal. Wheat, phenols and yeast. DruncanVeasey (8225) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAY 14, 2013
Bottle at home, 05/05/13. Streaming gold with a fine slim collar. Juicy banana, clove and bubblegum esters on nose. Spritely juicy stuff with a perfumed banana, spice and hefeweizen thing happening. The Italians are devils at sneaking honey under the radar- it’s beautifully integrated here. Good brew. dogfishho (669) - Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA - JUN 23, 2013
This is a beer that builds and builds. Off the jump it tastes like a really standard Belgian pale ale with an average hop profile but there is a palate coating feeling there that allows the honey, hibiscus, and rose hips to come through. Nice and complex when you pay attention.

330 ml bottle at Arlanda airport, nice surprise. Clear golden with white head. Aroma malty, yeast, dry grain notes, sweet and herby. Taste is medium sweet, estery, grain, herbs, flowers, nice bitter bite in the finish. Nice!
