COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

- Light pink foam, creamy, soft, fine and very persistent.
- Beer pink peach - orange, veiled, with pearly reflections.
- Warm and structured body, fine and thin perlage.
- The nose, at slightly higher service temperatures, can feelevery notes: velvety notes of yeast, fresh wild fruit among which the sloe persists, sweet honey.
- The same aromatic bouquet could be felt in the palate.
- A series of flavors and aromas surprise our senses: velvety feeling given by the yeast in suspension, the same that ferment this beer for at least nine months; the freshness and the acidity by the wild fruits harmonized by the sweet coming from the honeys and the malt. Bitterness practically absent, elegant and smooth dry end.
- Good the aftertaste persistence.
- Our celebratory beer, with high alcohol content and made with sought and unusual ingredients. Ingredients among which the Champagne yeast, wildflower honey and acacias honey, wild cherry and blackthorn, which are wild fruits that grow spontaneously in the hills between the Marche region and the Adriatic coast. A marriage with the arts: the art of brewing played by Garrett Oliver, who collaborated in the realization of the recipe, and art in its various forms represented by Tonino Guerra (writer, poet, painter, ...), who wanted the wild fruits of his loved land in this beer, adorned by a dreamlike label designed by his own hand.

750ml Swing-top bottle serve in bucked with water and ice cubes. Osiagnelo temperature 5 stopni Celsjusza. Spora blyskawicznie rosnaca pianka jak w szampanie ale tak szybko nie opada lecz jest dosc dlugo trwala. Barwa zamglona pomaranczowa z jaso szarymi odcieniami bladego rozu. Aromat miodowo owocowy, owce lesne. Smak to glownie syrop z agawy, klonowy i miod. Federico Fellini Still Alive!

Bottle, 75cl. Sparkling peach colour with a frothy offwhite head and sticky lacing. Complex aromas of cherry, honey, berries, herbs, alcohol. Medium bodied with moderate to fizzy carbonation. Dry, oily and astringent. Moderate sweet fruity character into a sour and bitter alcohol finish. Amazing and truly unique.

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is quite strong on the alcohol, some rhubarb, mild herbs, some grape as well as some mild resiny notes. Flavour is gluelike alcohol, some rhubarb, mild grass as well as some yeast and mild strange sweetness to it.

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell 10/9/2015. Many thanks to Kenny for this one. Translucent yellow / straw coloured pour with a lasting thin white head . Aroma is solvent alcohol, with apple, grape and apricot fruits. Flavour is composed of Belgian yeast, woody, tart apple, apricot and grains. Palate is grainy, spicy and highish carbonation, tangy grape. Not a huge fan of this.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co, Clekenwell - London. Many thanks to Kenny. Pours unclear pinkish gold with a foamy white cap. The nose holds doughy pale bread, citrus, herbs. Medium sweet flavour with light alcohol bump, lemon rind, bitter grass, more herbal notes. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish with notes of crusty bread, grains and citrus fruits. Interesting. OK.

Bottle split at CBC Clerko, thanks to Kenny, 10/09/15. Hazed orange topped with a decent off white swirl. Nose is straw, light puke, pink berry, floral notes. Taste comprises bitter fruit, farmy, light wood, faint citric peel, hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok ... hides the ABV well but on the other hand doesnt deliver a lot on said ABV.

Craft Clerkenwell Bottle Share. Hazy pink tinted gold beer, big fluffy pale peach colour head. Palate is light with modest fine carbonation. Sweet floralness. Mild spice. Sweet floral generic fruits. More floralness and spice. Light finish. Hides the abv very well but was expecting something more coherent than this.

Scopey (14022) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 12, 2015
Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours murky hazy rose with a decent off-white head. The nose is soft, juicy, floral/hibiscus, light jam, bubblegum, light plastic and Welchs grape juice. The taste is crisp, bitter, toasty, light spice, hibiscus, sweet, juicy, grape skin and rhubarb. Medium + body and highish carbonation. A touch restrained overall, but enjoyable nonetheless. Hides abv pretty well also.

Bottle share at CBC Clerkenwell, many thanks to Ken. 10%. Hazy peachy orange, still, small foamy white head. Aroma is varnish, white spirit, grape juice and rhubarb. Body is light, tingly carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is varnish, glue, rhubarb tart. Quite strange. Not sure what they were aiming for, but whatever it was I think they missed. Still, its not bad.
