- Light pink foam, creamy, soft, fine and very persistent.
- Beer pink peach - orange, veiled, with pearly reflections.
- Warm and structured body, fine and thin perlage.
- The nose, at slightly higher service temperatures, can feelevery notes: velvety notes of yeast, fresh wild fruit among which the sloe persists, sweet honey.
- The same aromatic bouquet could be felt in the palate.
- A series of flavors and aromas surprise our senses: velvety feeling given by the yeast in suspension, the same that ferment this beer for at least nine months; the freshness and the acidity by the wild fruits harmonized by the sweet coming from the honeys and the malt. Bitterness practically absent, elegant and smooth dry end.
- Good the aftertaste persistence.
- Our celebratory beer, with high alcohol content and made with sought and unusual ingredients. Ingredients among which the Champagne yeast, wildflower honey and acacia’s honey, wild cherry and blackthorn, which are wild fruits that grow spontaneously in the hills between the Marche region and the Adriatic coast. A marriage with the arts: the art of brewing played by Garrett Oliver, who collaborated in the realization of the recipe, and art in its various forms represented by Tonino Guerra (writer, poet, painter, ...), who wanted the wild fruits of his loved land in this beer, adorned by a dreamlike label designed by his own hand.

Bottle. Golden body with white head. Aroma is fruity with hints of honey and sourness. Taste is also very fruity with hints of yeast and also some honey and some dryness. Aftertaste is dry and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. A hazy yellow coloured beer that pours with a large foamy head. It has lemon, cherry and tart fruity flavours with a sweet zesty, warming floral fruity finish.

ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAR 24, 2015
Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Valkendorfsgate, Bergen. Pours a cloudy orange body with a large creamy white head. Nose is complex notes of dark and red berries, syrup, raisins, white sugar, caramel and hints of straw and dusty grass. Taste is white sugar, raisins, plums, red berries, alcohol, straw and hints of candi sugar, honey and dry yeast tones. Medium to full body, high carbonation. Once again, an Italian experimental ale full of gusto and with little to no direction. Is this a mead, fruit beer or Belgian strong ale? Only an Italian would now. Or, at least, not me. Not horrible, just very strange and not too wonderful in any way.

21.01.2015, 0,75l bottle @ home:
Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, wheat, sugar, yeast, honey, hay, almonds, grass, bubblegum, weeds. Taste is kind of harsh boozy, yeast, alcohol, weeds, almond essence, harsh bubblegum, minerals, sugar, grass, bark, paper. Medium bitterness, harsh boozy mouthfeel, high carbonation. Sounds very interesting, but turns out to be anything BUT interesting...

Bottle. Aroma fruity, evidently sour, simple fruitish sourness, peach. Hazy orange colour with a pinky tint. Taste is fruity, peach, berries, slight general yeastiness, light to moderate sourness. Quite easily drinkable. Overall somewhat simple sourness and also straightforward overall character. Very good nevertheless.

Cuso (8688) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - DEC 1, 2014
Bottle. Hazy orange amber color with huge white head. Candies, peaches, light fruity tartness in aroma. Sour taste with peaches, honey, ripe berries, alcohol. Tasty.

Yozora (38) - Stavanger, NORWAY - AUG 20, 2014
Bottle courtesy my gf, bought at a bottle shop in Copenhagen. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, spices, floral notes, honey, caramel, toffee with a hint of alcohol. Taste is toffee, cherries, almonds, honey, floral, spicy, yeasty, plums, bready malt with a well balanced bitterness. Medium body with a medium to high carbonation. Very different and interesting beer expected a more fruity beer from the description but got a more malt forward, belgian one with some floral hints. Not bad at all and very different from most offerings out there.
