COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

- Light pink foam, creamy, soft, fine and very persistent.
- Beer pink peach - orange, veiled, with pearly reflections.
- Warm and structured body, fine and thin perlage.
- The nose, at slightly higher service temperatures, can feelevery notes: velvety notes of yeast, fresh wild fruit among which the sloe persists, sweet honey.
- The same aromatic bouquet could be felt in the palate.
- A series of flavors and aromas surprise our senses: velvety feeling given by the yeast in suspension, the same that ferment this beer for at least nine months; the freshness and the acidity by the wild fruits harmonized by the sweet coming from the honeys and the malt. Bitterness practically absent, elegant and smooth dry end.
- Good the aftertaste persistence.
- Our celebratory beer, with high alcohol content and made with sought and unusual ingredients. Ingredients among which the Champagne yeast, wildflower honey and acacia’s honey, wild cherry and blackthorn, which are wild fruits that grow spontaneously in the hills between the Marche region and the Adriatic coast. A marriage with the arts: the art of brewing played by Garrett Oliver, who collaborated in the realization of the recipe, and art in its various forms represented by Tonino Guerra (writer, poet, painter, ...), who wanted the wild fruits of his loved land in this beer, adorned by a dreamlike label designed by his own hand.

750ml Swing-top bottle serve in bucked with water and ice cubes. Osiagnelo temperature 5 stopni Celsjusza. Barwa zamglona pomaranczowa z jaso szarymi odcieniami bladego rozu. Aromat miodowo owocowy, owce lesne. Smak to glownie syrop z agawy, klonowy i miod. Federico Fellini Still Alive!

Shared by Garrett Oliver. 750 ml swing top bottle. White Label with peacock. Pours a hazed deep copper with a nice lingering off white head. Aroma is tart, musty, light sweetness, doughy, nutty, earth, leather, grapeskin, light tart cherry, gooseberry, yeast, spice, phenolic, lightly fruity. Flavor is wheat, dough, sl.ight toast, then yeasty dough, wheat malts, grass, leather, earth bread, tart under-ripe cherries, gooseberries, slight lemon zest and a refreshing slight tartness and med high carbonation make it quite refreshing for such a high abv beer. Really good!

Mondial de la Bière 2011, Strasbourg - hazy orange coloured with a persistent foam left; nice lace; fruity (litchies and banana) with notes of cream; medium to full-bodied; slightly sweet, some decent bitterness; quite dry; fruity and corny hoppy finish - subtle and pretty complex

75cl bottle. Quite a special one here. Pours a bright orange color with an abundant creamy white head. Long lasting foam. Aroma is on the sweet side with a ’predominance of caramel notes and fruits. Peaches and rad brries in the nose with molasses and caramel. Taste is sweet again with a slight tartness in the back. Burnt sugar, fruits and some yeast. Slight alcohol burn too. Full mouthfeel and good amount of carbonation. Overall, very interesting, also if the wheat character is not up front and the fruits could be pushed further to me.

Bottle. Aroma fruity, evidently sour, simple fruitish sourness, peach. Hazy orange colour with a pinky tint. Taste is fruity, peach, berries, slight general yeastiness, light to moderate sourness. Quite easily drinkable. Overall somewhat simple sourness and also straightforward overall character. Very good nevertheless.
