Bottle @ Christers. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, light tart fruit, raspberries, honey. Flavor is malt, sweet fruity, raspberries, honey, light booze. Full body, lively carbonation, warming alcohol in the finish. 100613 SkillsFactory (738) - ITALY - JUN 27, 2015
Corpo leggero, molto carbonata.
Molto elegante e delicata. Percy0103 (767) - MEXICO - APR 9, 2016
Bottle, 750ml. A cloudy amber beer with a small white head. Aroma is of honey, berries and champagne. Taste is somewhat bitter with a sourish alcoholic finish. Medium bodied with some carbonation. Dry and astringent with a well-balanced alcoholic aftertaste. JorisPPattyn (9995) - Ursel, BELGIUM - AUG 13, 2011
Very fine & dense head with a faint pinkish sheen; orange-amberish beer with again a faint rosy/pink haze; textbook lace. Alcoholic, fruity (wild fruit, unripe raspberry, orangezeste), and greenery. Again unripe or wild, tart fruit. Faint artichoke-like flavour with some more pale malts and other grain. In a discreet way, vinous. Quite carbonated MF, some alcohol, but again discreet. Medium bodied at best, seems well-attenuated. Fine, but not really outstanding. Wheat is not obvious. I wonder what the Garrett Oliver connection might be. The Italian is too exotic for me. Bottle courtesy of cgarvieuk at the Danish Invasion extravaganza. Pale golden orange, thick white head fades to a frothy white rim. Nice wheaty zesty nose, cloves, touch of pepper tickling the nostrils, citrus hints. Similar flavours, touch of kiwi fruit, grapefruit bitterness, nice wheaty bubblegum hints, light grapefruit & kiwi bitter linger on the finish. Hides alcohol well, but a bit fizzy and a bit thin. In bottle at Craigs. Pours a dark colour with a fair white head. A floral honey aroma with tangerines, yeast and alcohol. Similar flavours with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Lingering yeast, spiced mead and white pepper. stouby (4666) - Holbæk, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2012
Bottle at Leif N, thanks Thomas E.
Slight hazy light amber with a rose tone, white ehad. Aroma medium+ malty (light wheat, marzipan, light fruity). Flavor light sweet, an acidic note, like champagne. Medium body, the alcohol well hidden. Bottle says 10% abv. Rasmus40 (20643) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2013
Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, cherries, almond, yeasty and spicy honey. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Yozora (38) - Stavanger, NORWAY - AUG 20, 2014
Bottle courtesy my gf, bought at a bottle shop in Copenhagen. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, spices, floral notes, honey, caramel, toffee with a hint of alcohol. Taste is toffee, cherries, almonds, honey, floral, spicy, yeasty, plums, bready malt with a well balanced bitterness. Medium body with a medium to high carbonation. Very different and interesting beer expected a more fruity beer from the description but got a more malt forward, belgian one with some floral hints. Not bad at all and very different from most offerings out there.
