Amber, generous, with bronze highlights. Great aromatic intensity, with notes of nuts and candied fruits in the bouquet, slightly spicy. Particularly soft and elegant body, with excellently balanced hints of malt, caramel and hops. A beer that distinctly leaves its mark.

- Light brown, fine, compact foam.
- Bright brown color.
- Its aroma is elegant, pleasing, rich in notes of barley malt, caramel, accompanied by the elegance of dried fruit notes. As it warms up a more and more obvious scent of fruit, caramel malt, candied fruit.
- Full-bodied and structured, discrete carbonation.
- The palate is very warm, fruity, crowned by the sweet notes of cereal. The bitter, is not particularly present, on the other hand it has a long and delicate persistence.
- In the aftertaste notes of fruit and nuts are kept, accompanied by a sweet - biscuit long and soft taste, not at all cloying, ending well in a final gently dry.
- A beer with a round body, full, warm and enveloping., exactly as the actress in the movie.

Bottle from Sunset Grill drunk Summer 2008. I guess it really dosent matter if this is listed as a Doppelbock (as it was previously) or if the brewery intended it to be a doppelbock, because it isn’t and is certainly a poor example of the style. Frankly, it dosent matter what it’s listed as, the beer is so heavily flawed. Weak, watery pour with very little head showing, clear and filtered and a maroon-beige colored body. Nearly infected smelling, with off-putting bacterial and/or strange mineral notes. Some alcohol in the nose and a light dose of caramel. The flavor is very washed out, with a watery mouthfeel and too much alcohol on the finish. Nearly tart in flavor with raisins, plums and red fruit-like notes from the yeast, I assume? Caramel-raisin maltiness is undone by the alcohol cutting through it, while more tartness shows up on the finish. A sort of spoiled fruit tartness, that is....Not my cup of tea, whatever the case, and a seemingly poorly brewed example of whatever it’s trying to be.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Barwa ciemno bursztynowa, niezbyt wysoka i ?rednio trwa?a piana w kolorze ecru. Aromat: karmel i delikatnie ciemne owoce. W smaku ponownie karmel, odrobina nut zio?owych i kwiatowych. Bardzo du?y plus za schowany alkohol. Nasycenie ?rednie, pasuje.

Toffee cake, malty too, however it is very one dimensional. Apart from the butterscotch feel no other aromas.
