Bottle from the Good Wine Shop, London. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white head. Corn and a bit of cardboard in the nose. Light sweet flavor with some crispy cereal, cardboard and faint, toasted straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Mildly crisp on the finish with moderate sweetness, but the persisting cardboard character really isn’t doing this beer any favors. fiulijn (20411) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 13, 2009
Hazy blond color. Very light aroma of malt and hops. The mouthfeel is sweeter than expected, therefore cheaper than the aroma; hay flavor too, and quite low bitterness. Not too bad.
