Golden lager. Malty aromas. Creamy, a bit roasty and sweet nuances. Quite intense flavor for the style. Bittersweet taste but sweet is predominant. Nice industrial beer Filip

Tap. Tasted on the 24/06/2017. Clear amber colour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of sugar, grains, caramel and malts. Taste is malts, sugar and slightly sweet caramel. Sweet finish and slightly oxidized palate. Next one please

Can. Clear dark golden color with white head. Aroma is sweetest sugary caramel syrup malts, cardboard. Taste is the same. Syrupy mouthfeel. Cloying. Not for me.

Color bonito, sabor amable y malteado. Intensa. Espuma poco duradera y carbonatacion baja

meatmanmd (125) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - APR 16, 2017
Clear amber with medium off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, little caramel. Tastes medium sweet, some roasted malts, burned sugar, light bitterness and light alcohol in the finish. Medium body, light carbonation. Drinkable.

Almogabar (52) - MARIA DE HUERVA (ZARAGOZA), SPAIN - APR 10, 2017
Lata de 33 cl. Cerveza de color caoba rojo, carbonatación media, espuma poco persistente. Aromas a caramelos, malta tostada.

Bottle shared with Sarah in the apartment in Fuertaventra. A dark orange amber coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is toffee malts, apple and hot alcohol, solvent, hint of jammy fruits. Flavour is composed of sweet burnt sugars, toffee, apple, banana, Warming alcohol. Palate is medium sweet and sticky, alcohol bite in the finish. Harsh bitter finish. Little headache inducing.

33cl bottle, semi-decanted because the bottle had a lot of floaties. Pours amber, short-lived head. Aroma is sweet and oxidized. I honestly think Ambar just ships their old stock to the us, I’ve never found their product fresh. Flavor is sweet vinegar honey, forgettable. If you like sherry walnut dressing you might like this.
