COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La fermentación a alta temperatura permite la total expresión de los aromas que la levatura es capaz de aportar. Es una cerveza de color pálido y fina burbuja, suave al paladar, llena de frutas frescas y aromas a malta recién sacada del horno.

Twelve ounce bottle. Pours pale golden, white head. Aroma is iron dust and lemon zest.

Clear pale yellow colour minimal white head; aroma of grainy and minimal floral notes; taste of grains, some grape and a huge amount of the metallic-industrial lager-like notes...is it really a pale ale?...if so, then it is most probably the worst ale of the world.

The beer looks fine. The color of the beer is a nice pale amber. The beer is crystal clear. Some tiny bubbles can be seen rising towards the top. On top of the beer a nice layer of rather rough white foam is formed. The majority of the foam collapses quickly, leaving a nice thin drape. The smell of the beer is nice. There are nice biscuits malt aroma’s, and also nice regular malt aromas. I also smell a nice bitter hop aroma. Besides this there is a nice fruity touch. I smell some nice strawberry aromas. This strawberry touch reminds me a bit of Irish ales. Not bad. Lovely. The taste is a touch less nice. The fruity strawberry is a bit less strong, whilst the bitterness is a bit stronger. This makes the beer a tiny bit less balanced. There is also a nice maltiness besides this. Not bad, but the smell was just a bit better. The palate of the beer is nice. The body is medium light, with a rather smooth texture. The finish contains a nice hoppy bitterness. Not bad, quite nice even. I like it.
