The beer is produced according to the classical technology of water, light barley malt and caramel malt hops and beer yeast. During the long maturation time naturally saturated carbon dioxide forms long-lasting rigid foam. Beer
has a rich dark colour, sweetish caramel flavour and pleasant aroma.
